Last night at around 11 o’clock, armed criminals shot dead Bhola Sharma, a resident of Dahibhatta village of Masaurhi, between Nadwan and Potahi railway stations of Patna-Gaya railway line in Jehanabad. After this incident, there was chaos in the Memu passenger train going from Patna to Gaya for a long time. Before people could understand anything, the criminals fled waving their weapons.
It is being told that this incident has been carried out due to mutual land dispute, because on 11th June also Bhola Sharma was attacked near his house. Bhola Sharma had filed an FIR against his brother for this attack in the land dispute. It is being told that at that time Bhola Sharma was shot in the hand. Bhola Sharma was returning to his village from Patna late at night after getting his hand treated when the criminals carried out the incident in the train. Currently, the railway police has taken the body in its custody and sent it to Patna for postmortem.
According to the information, Bhola Sharma was shot dead in a moving train going from Patna to Gaya. After the firing in the train, there was panic among the passengers. The criminals committed the crime at Neema Halt between Potahi and Nadwan station on Patna-Gaya railway line at around 11 pm on Tuesday night. After committing the murder, the criminals got down at Neema station and escaped easily. The deceased has been identified as Bhola Sharma alias Jaiprakash Singh. Bhola Sharma was a resident of Dahibhatta village of Masaurhi police station area of Patna.
It is being told that Bhola Sharma alias Jaiprakash Singh had come to Patna on Tuesday to get his hand treated. After getting the treatment, he was returning to his home Masaurhi by MEMU passenger train. At Potahi station, the criminals also boarded the same train and started looking for Bhola Sharma. Near Neema Halt, the criminals found Bhola Singh in the train and shot him dead.
It is being told that Bhola Sharma used to deal in land. On June 11, the miscreants fired three rounds. One bullet hit his hand in the firing. He had a rivalry with some people regarding property. Two weeks ago, Bhola Sharma had lodged an FIR in Masaurhi police station accusing his elder brother Chandrabhushan Sharma of firing in a land dispute. The police is currently refusing to tell anything. The police says that it would be too early to say anything until a written application comes to us. But it is certain that he was murdered in a land dispute. At present, the police has started investigation on all points.
